20CrMnTi Low Noise Reducer Gears For Industrial Ruducer R/F/K/S Series

Four Series reducer gears (R/F/K/S series) are core transmission components of industrial modular hardened-tooth gear reducers, made of high-strength alloy steel with precision machining and heat treatment. They include four categories: in-line helical gears (R), parallel-shaft helical gears (F), helical-spiral bevel gears (K), and helical-worm gears (S). Featuring stable transmission, high load capacity, high efficiency, low noise and flexible installation, they are widely used in heavy industry, light industry, automation, construction machinery and other fields, serving as key parts for speed reduction, torque increase and direction changing.

Working Principle 

  • R Series: Multi-stage helical gears mesh coaxially for in-line speed reduction and torque increase.

  • F Series: Parallel-shaft helical gears transmit power in parallel layout.

  • K Series: Front helical drive + rear spiral bevel gears for 90° direction change.

  • S Series: Front helical stage improves efficiency; rear worm gear realizes high ratio and self-locking.Speed and torque are changed via tooth ratio, converting high-speed low-torque motor power to low-speed high-torque output.

  • Raw Material Inspection → 2. Forging / Precision Forging

  • Pre-heat Treatment (Normalizing) → 4. CNC Turning

  • Hobbing / Milling / Gear Shaping → 6. Carburizing & Quenching or Tempering

  • Low-temperature Tempering → 8. Bore & End Face Grinding

  • Gear Grinding / Shaving → 10. Deburring, Cleaning, Flaw Detection

  • Accuracy & Meshing Test → 12. Anti-rust & Packaging


Cautions

  • Overload and over-speed operation are strictly prohibited to avoid tooth breakage

  • Dry running without oil is forbidden to prevent scuffing and wear

  • Do not strike tooth surfaces during installation to avoid precision damage

  • Keep housing sealed to prevent dust and moisture ingress

  • For S series, avoid long-term heavy load to prevent overheating and efficiency drop

  • Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, vibration or overheating occurs

  • Replace gears in pairs when severely worn

  • Store in dry and ventilated environment to prevent corrosion
